Over the last five years, the sheet metal department at ARVI has expanded rapidly. An experienced staff and the acquisition of state of the art equipment have made this possible.
Our CNC machining department offers a wide range of services for prototype projects to production runs. Our equipment ranges from manual lathe and mill to CNC lathe and CNC mill.
Steel, aluminum, and stainless steel are welded on a daily basis by a welding staff with over 35 years of experience. Tubular and structural assemblies are a specialty. Sheet metal frames are common, usually with all parts made in-house.
3D feature based parametric solid part and assembly modeling using Solidworks. Mechanical design and sustaining engineering support for concept through production. Documentation per ASME Y14.5-1994 as required.
